DELIVERY POLICY
General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, our E-Bookstore will not allow you to purchase or pre-order. However, you will be allowed to get a notification when stock is available by clicking the “Wishlist” button.
Delivery Location
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in Malaysia. Any deliveries outside of Malaysia and to P.O. Boxes are not available.
Delivery Charges
The following rates apply for door-to-door delivery:
Delivery and Order Processing Time
Estimate delivery time for in stock products is 5 working days. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of order.
Order placed before 10.00AM will be processed on the same working day. Any orders placed after 10.00AM will be processed on the following working day.
Incorrect information such as delivery address or contact number may cause delay in delivery time.
